From our perspective, the best platform isn't simply the one with the most games — it's the one that's most honest, most secure, and easiest for Malaysian players to use every day.
Racik198 is not a platform that appeared overnight. We were built with one clear goal — to be an online entertainment platform genuinely designed for Malaysian users, not just a careless translation of a foreign platform.
Every decision we make — from selecting game providers to designing the interface, from choosing payment methods to the tone of language used on the platform — is filtered through one question: "Is this suitable and comfortable for Malaysian users?"
We understand that Malaysian players have different tastes and needs. You want a platform you can use comfortably in Bahasa Melayu. You want to deposit and withdraw using the payment methods you use every day — like FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. You want to play without worrying about the security of your account and funds.
That is what racik198 was designed to be from the ground up — a platform that feels like home, not an unfamiliar place you have to relearn every time you use it.
Racik198's mission is simple: to provide a safe, fair, fun, and easy-to-use online entertainment platform for all types of Malaysian players — from newcomers trying slot games for the first time to experienced players looking for an exclusive VIP Live Casino table.
We are building a platform that will one day be the number one choice for Malaysian players who care about quality, security, and integrity. Not because we say so, but because players choose to stay with us day after day.

Six core principles that underpin every decision and development on the racik198 platform
Security is the absolute priority at racik198. 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, real-time fraud monitoring, and an active DDoS defence system work around the clock to protect your account and funds. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Every game on racik198 uses an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator). This means every outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party. For Live Casino, you can witness every action unfold right before your eyes in real time.
Racik198 is designed with mobile users in mind. Whether you are on Android or iPhone, our native app delivers a smooth, fast, and intuitive experience — controls built for touchscreens, crisp visuals, and full functionality on par with the desktop version.
We understand how important it is to access your wins quickly. That's why racik198 processes most withdrawals within just 5 to 30 minutes. No hidden fees, no unreasonable delays — your money is yours, and we make sure it reaches you as fast as possible.
Racik198's customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via in-platform live chat. We take pride in fast response times and effective resolutions. All our support agents understand the needs of Malaysian players and communicate comfortably in Bahasa Melayu.
From welcome bonuses for new members to weekly promotions for loyal players — racik198 always has something to offer. All our bonuses are stated clearly, with fair wagering requirements and no hidden terms that catch you off guard later.
From humble beginnings to becoming one of Malaysia's recognised online entertainment platforms
Racik198 began with the observation that Malaysian players had no platform truly built for their needs and preferences. A small team started laying the foundation of a platform that puts local users first.
Significant investment in technical infrastructure — high-quality servers, multi-layered security systems, and integrations with leading international game providers to ensure the best possible experience.
The official racik198 platform launched with a full range of games, local payment methods, and Malay-language customer support. The response from the Malaysian player community exceeded all early expectations.
The membership grew, the game library expanded, the mobile app launched, and the VIP program was introduced. racik198 continues to listen to player feedback and improve the platform over time.
With over 500,000 registered members and more than 1,000 game options, racik198 continues to grow as a trusted online entertainment platform for Malaysians.
These principles are not just slogans on an office wall — they are real guidelines that shape every decision we make
We don't hide terms, we don't deceive with false promotions, and we don't play games with players' money. What we promise, we deliver.
Every decision starts with considering the impact on players. Your satisfaction and safety are our measure of success.
All terms, wagering conditions, limits, and policies are written clearly in plain language — not confusing legal jargon.
The racik198 platform never stops evolving. We are always looking for ways to improve based on feedback from our player community.
We encourage fun and responsible play. Daily limits, weekly limits, and self-exclusion tools are available to all members.
From game provider selection to withdrawal speed — we never compromise on quality across any aspect of our service.
At racik198, we believe the relationship between a platform and its players is one built on trust. That trust cannot be bought with big bonuses or catchy slogans — it can only be earned through consistent action over time.
One of our most fundamental commitments is withdrawal speed and reliability. We know that when players win, they want their money fast. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting days to receive winnings that should already be in your hands. At racik198, we ensure every withdrawal is processed quickly and efficiently — because that money is rightfully yours.
We are also committed to delivering a genuinely fair gaming experience. This means independently verified RNG, professional Live Casino dealers who cannot be manipulated, and game rules stated clearly before you play. No unpleasant surprises. No rules changed without notice.
In today's digital age, the security of personal data is a matter that deserves serious attention. racik198 invests heavily in data security infrastructure to ensure your personal and financial information stays protected at all times. We use end-to-end encryption for all communications, store data in encrypted formats, and enforce a strict policy on the use of user data.
Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We only use the information you provide for purposes clearly stated in our Privacy Policy — nothing more.
Racik198 takes social responsibility seriously. We offer a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits in a healthy way, including daily and weekly deposit limits, loss limits, platform break periods, and the option to set session time limits.
We also provide information and resources for players who may need help with gambling-related issues. Your enjoyment is our priority, but your well-being comes first.
One of racik198's greatest strengths is the breadth of games on offer. We partner with internationally acclaimed game providers to ensure Malaysian players have access to the best titles available on the global market.
Racik198 only partners with game providers that hold strong international reputations and valid licenses. This includes major industry names recognized for game quality, RNG fairness, and a long track record in the global online casino industry.
This rigorous provider selection process ensures that every game you play on racik198 is a high-quality, trustworthy product — not a cheap title built by an unknown provider with a questionable track record.
